Regrettably, we cannot offer a refund or exchange once the product has been opened and used unless the product is faulty or defective. Depending on the nature of this product, we can accept returns for damaged or defective goods only. These returns must be made within 7 days of your receipt of the product.
If your package has gone missing or is lost after delivered, we would recommend reviewing any security cameras (if any) on your property and that may lead to finding your package. You may also call the post office and open up an investigation, they may be able to assist in tracking your package.
In the event that you cannot retrieve your package, we will give you a promo code to offset a large amount of the order total if you would like to reorder the products with us again.
